Soto Medan



Ingredients:
1. 1 chicken, cut 4
2. 100 grams of bean sprouts
3. 250 ml thick coconut milk
4. 1 cm galangal, crushed

2. 3 cloves of garlic

8. Salt and sugar to taste

Complement:
1. warm rice

How to make:
